Unable to send message. It means that the message was tried to be sent, but failed. You can re-try to send your request again after a short delay.

The message was sent, but in destination service returned a "Not delivered" status in the response. You can re-try to send your request after a long delay. If you get same same error code a few times in a row, you should stop sending messages to the contact to prevent bouncing issues.

The message was sent, but in destination service didn't return a delivery confirmation. In most cases, it means that the message has not been delivered. In some cases, the message could be delivered, but without a confirmation.
